Wong Thean Sheng

Since the establishment of NCSE Group, Mr. Wong has endeavoured to create a Mega Team environment with a healthy team culture and atmosphere. While much has been done, he strongly believes that the best is yet to come.

He is a firm believer in developing people and continuously inspires his team to go the distance. As part of the support structure in NCSE, he always encourage the team to be well-versed in the “know-how”. Not only he is coaching them, but mentoring them every step of the way towards success. He loves to inspire people and trust that everyone has their own talents - that needs to be nurtured and unleashed.

Under his brilliant leadership and guidance, he is able to develop MDRTs, COTs & TOTs within a short time - if one is ready, open and willing to be mentored by him. Hence, he is one leader who never rest on laurels. He is highly driven and passionate for success, yet he remains humble and open hearted to any ideas or suggestions from the team.

Mr. Wong believes strongly in hard work plus team work makes the success work. Nevertheless he still holds the principle that success without life is not true success – hence he advocates that one must have a “WORK-LIFE-BALANCE” approach in the mix and not only just hard work.

Today, he is recognized as a MDRT Builder and has achieved the status of National Champion for Team Leadership. Even with such success, he continuously lead his Team and self to reach greater heights. Constantly ensuring NCSE remains the best in the industry and win awards annually!

Lim Wern Shern

Vice President

Lim Wern Shern has had a career in the banking and finance industry spanning more than 18 years. Shortly after joining NCSE in 2017, he established a leadership role in the group and built a team of professional financial planners following in his footsteps.

Wern Shern is a 4-year member of The Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) with a Court of the Table honor. Within two months of joining NCSE, he obtained his first MDRT and was awarded Top New Life Planner in the Region and 1st Runner-Up in the Country the following year. He continued his stellar performance while simultaneously growing and guiding his Million Dollar Agency team of multiple convention qualifiers. He is passionate about developing people and is proud of his team’s 100% attrition rate.

Financial planning implementation is the bedrock of his team’s practice and his goal is to design a personalized approach to execute each clients’ portfolio. This skill set allows him to devise tactical strategies when it comes to personal finance, business and estate planning.

Wern Shern has held the Certified Financial Planner mark since 2012 and is a member of the Financial Planning Association Malaysia. Before joining NCSE, he served as Assistant Vice President, Sales & Distribution in Citibank Penang. He is a Heriot-Watt University Edinburgh graduate, holding a BA in Financial Management and Accounting.

Allviee Chen

Vice President

Allviee is a VP at NCSE Group and a 4 times Million Dollar Round Table qualifier. She didn’t stop there, she has also achieved the Court Top of the Table Qualifier 2021 - one of the highest industry recognition in the industry.

Her passion and dedication are what sets her apart. She is well-versed in product portfolio and in the features of other insurers in the market, which enables her to make comparison for her customers in decision making.

Today Allviee continuously strives for excellence in her career and her life. Her passion for helping fellow members succeed in the industry, building, growing the team and touching the lives of her many customers across generations and the community will ensure that she continues to be a shining light in the financial services industry.

Davix Tan

Vice President

Davix is a VP at NCSE Group and a two times Million Dollar Round Table qualifier. He has also qualified 9 times for AIA’s Hosted Convention Trips over a 3 year period.

He is well-verse in industry and product knowledge, which enabled him to train and develop competent juniors, able to provide customers with comprehensive financial protection health checks and suitable insurance solutions to help meet their needs.

Always generous in sharing his knowledge and expertise, he is regularly involved in various company and leaders’ work groups to provide constructive inputs.

He is also a firm believer in building Teams. To build a productive team of high quality, he believes in being a role model to his team through being an inspiring leader, an active recruiter and a productive adviser.

Davix Tan

Vice President

He loves interacting with people from all walks of life, deriving his energy from listening to their stories. He finds great purpose in helping clients who have placed their trust in him to secure their future and protect their wellbeing and income, as well as growing their wealth for the long-term.
