Back in 2016, I had just left my previous company when I met up with Mr Wong. At that time, I was at the crossroad of my career. I was touched by the sincerity of Mr Wong and decided to be part of his team. The rest as they said is history. Finally in 2020 I achieved the highest recognition as Supreme TOT beyond my wildest imagination! Thank you Mr. Wong, thank you NSCE family for giving me the positive environment which propel me to greater heights. I look forward to more fruitful collaborations in the years to come.

NCSE is a very harmonious working environment. It feels like family here the minute you walk in the office. Everyone is helpful, supportive and encouraging especially during the times when we strive to achieve our sales goals. Such a team environment is truly precious to me, and I treasure it greatly, it’s really unlike my previous working environment. I have gained lots of trainings here, have increased my insurance knowledge, and also learnt how to handle people and socialize well. What I love best being in this team is the freedom and flexibility to be me and the working schedule. It has allowed me to have lots of time with my loved ones, especially my grandchildren, and go for travels many times in a year – and the best of all, it’s all paid for! Plus you won’t believe this, I’m in my fifth year and I’m already an MDRT achiever – this is just the beginning!

It’s different here, at NCSE. Everyone is so welcoming, warm and closely knit – just like family! Time really flies when you’re having fun, and when you’re in a great environment, you’ll will certainly thrive. I am so grateful to be part of this team, here at NCSE. It’s a team and an environment that truly allows me to be myself, build the culture and realize a great vision. Trust me, this is the team you’ve got to be in, if you want the support, the encouragement, and the strength to pursue, persist, achieve and exceed your goals!

I am glad and fortunate to be part of the NCSE family. It’s been more than 10 years now, and I’ve grown much in this career, growing from just an ordinary admin staff to a MDRT achiever today. I am really grateful to Mr Wong and the Team in giving me this ideal development platform that has made my dreams possible. My thinking has changed, my talents have been harnessed through the process and the best of all, my wealth has been enlarged significantly, giving me all the freedom to choose betters things in life. I came to know Mr Wong through a common contact while having an intention to know another customer for bank account opening purposes. After meeting him twice, I was really inspired by his sharing about success, life and ways of living as a person. He truly open my eyes on the possibility of leveraging the right platform to be a successful entrepreneur and un-limit myself from achieving my dreams. In his own words, “when you are able to do it for other people, why not, do it for yourself?” Well that makes sense, and with his down-to-earth sincerity, I’m fully convinced and totally drawn to join this industry, this NCSE Team!

在保险行业，我坚持了九年。路途中跌跌撞撞，失败和讽刺。机缘巧合之下，我认识了我的Leader Allviee Chen, 老板 Mr Wong, 大师兄Adriaan Tan,还有NCSE family。由于得到大家的鼓励与扶持，在NCSE 的培训下，我自己也更深信了保险的重要性，也让我更想要与身边的亲人和朋友分享有关重要资讯。这也让我在短短的三个月内完成了我的AIA RISING STAR， 一步一脚印的也让我在14个月后完成我一直梦寐以求的 MDRT。这一刻让我完成了我在保险行业中多年的梦想，可以加入NCSE 这个大家庭，我觉得自己好幸运也很光荣。

The NCSE team and culture is dynamic, progressive and well known for its teamwork and camaraderie among colleagues. This is a quality rarely found in a very individualistic industry and I am happy to be a part of it. Mr. Wong is an exceptional and motivating leader who doesn’t hold back in ensuring his team members achieve their dreams and be the best they can be.

I strongly believe in financial planning and that all Malaysians should have good financial planning to help them be financially free and successful. I found NCSE Group is the best platform and ideal for me to reach out to as many Malaysians as possible and help them, protect their wealth. And when I can achieve that, I also know that my own dreams are also realized. One of it, is achieving my MDRT this year. Thank you NCSE for giving me this platform to realize mine and others dreams too!

After 16 years of mundane banking career of lowly wages as well as many years of contribution gone unappreciated, I decided enough is enough. It’s time to make a switch. Met with Brandon, who was my ex- colleague, he too, experience the same predicament I faced. He then introduced me to the NCSE family. I felt the warmth, passion and support shown by Mr. Wong and the NCSE family. This greatly inspired me to give my all in this new career and go make my success a reality!

I love being victorious, but I'm not afraid to be defeated. NCSE is an all-time-winning team which strives to be the best of the best, a group of star achievers which only pursue for the success. I'm honoured to be a part of this team, and I'm glad I've chosen the right pathway at the age of 33. It's never too late to change, I can do it, you can do it too.
